Dancing in the rain
Unaware of the storm
Or life's impending pain
Searching for a rainbow
As she spots a ray of sun
Splashing in the puddles
She hasn't missed a one
The last of the raindrops
Rest upon her tiny face
Soaked curls and innocence
Giggles and muddy lace
